Membership Committee

1. It shall screen applicants for membership in the Association which shall include interviewing, evaluating and recommending to the TMAP Board for approval of applications for TMAP membership;

2. It shall evaluate the status of each member of the Association and submit appropriate recommendations or report to the Board of Directors;

3. It shall introduce new members for induction in the monthly TMAP membership meetings;

4. It shall prepare the TMAP Oath of Membership and distribute the same to new members prior to their oath-taking; and

5. It shall provide members with information relating to TMAP itself, TMAP activities and members.

All actions or recommendations of the Membership Committee shall be subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Hence, the Board of Directors may set aside any recommendation of the Membership Committee should the Board of Directors determine, in its sole discretion, that such course of action will better serve the interest of the Association.
